FAQ and Store Policies

"Where's my order?"

We are a small company run by two men who work day jobs. We strive to get orders out quickly, but we are not Amazon. Orders will take anywhere between 2-4 days to ship normally, and up to ten days when we experience surges in orders.

We ship all items via USPS. Domestic orders will receive 2-5 day shipping. Please note that the 2-5 day figure is AFTER the shipping courier receives the package. It does not mean your package will be guaranteed to arrive 2-5 days after placing the order.

If you get a shipping notification that says "Awaiting Item", it means we've printed the label out and it is awaiting fulfillment. When we get a bunch of orders, we bulk print off shipping labels and gradually fill the packages. If your shipping status says "Awaiting Item", this does not mean it is lost. If you ask us where your order is while it is in pre-shipment, or ask for tracking before the order has been processed, we will place your order at the back of the current shipping queue. Please be patient.

If you're an international customer, shipping can be a bit of a pain at times. I've had many packages take well over a month to arrive. Please allow ample time for delivery.

If it's been more than a month since you placed your order and nothing has shown up, please email me through the site by clicking the "Contact" button or by emailing us directly at  [email protected]. Our site likes to eat emails sometimes, and occasionally some won't go through. We recommend emailing us directly with any inquiries. I'd much rather settle things over email and just re-send an order than deal with claims processes.

 

"When will _ be available?"

Most of my patch drops are on the first and fifteenth of each month, however dates can vary. Please follow us on Twitter @PKPatchworks for updates. We are currently not operating on FB/Insta due to their censorship policies and unfriendliness towards 2A-oriented content.

 

"When will _ be restocked?"

Restocks are not a common occurrence outside of our more popular designs. If an item is in stock and you want it, I advise purchasing it immediately. Otherwise, it could be a long time before you see them again, if at all.

 

"Do you ship international?"

Yes. I ship everywhere but North Korea and countries with defunct government.

 

Policies:

I will not sell any NSFW items to anyone under the age of 18. By adding nsfw items to your cart, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age and legally allowed to purchase and possess adult goods.

Regarding refunds: Refunds can be given on a case by case basis. If an item has not been shipped and a refund is requested, a full refund will be given. Shipping costs are non-refundable if an item has been shipped. By placing an order you agree to the terms listed.
